Food is Medicine: Cooking for your Microbiome

Join Rhett Women’s Center for a special “Food is Medicine” cooking series at Le Creuset Atelier’s demonstration kitchen located at Ripley Point. Gut healthy recipes, tastings, meal planning and tips from Gene Blake and Erin Copenhaver will take place in the state-of-the-art demo kitchen on Saturday, November 18 from 9 am to 11 am.

Who: Anyone interested in healthy eating, meal planning, and gut health

What: Healthy cooking/meal planning demonstration:

  • Healthy breakfast ideas for on-the-go

Cost: $50 per person (non-refundable)
