Maintaining an optimal weight through healthy eating and regular exercise is crucial to the overall health and quality of life for both men and women. Rhett Women’s Center (RWC) is committed to helping all of their patients achieve their individual weight loss and weight maintenance goals. Our weight management program has evolved to provide several medically supervised weight loss programs. The most recent weight loss plan additions are the hCG diet and The Dietitian Plan.

RWC offers many options to help you achieve your ideal weight and reach your overall wellness goals. From the innovative hCG Diet to finally removing those stubborn pounds resistant to exercise and diet with Coolsculpting, we have a program for everyone.

We can help you address these concerns and any others you may have when it comes to your health and wellness. By acknowledging your individual goals and challenges, Rhett Women’s Center can help you develop an eating and exercise plan that fits your life.

Making the decision to make your health a priority is hard work and takes time. Our providers promise to be with you on the journey. Depending on your individual needs, your eating plan will be designed to decrease cravings and increase energy. You will have the opportunity to become more comfortable with preparing healthy foods, and develop weekly meal plans as necessary. You will be provided all the resources you need to make the diet changes necessary to meet your goals and maintain your new healthy weight.

Our wellness plans are very individualized and may include appetite suppressants and other supplements, as you and your provider see fit.

An important component of your wellness program is frequent follow up consultations with your provider. Depending on your specific needs, you will be seen weekly or every other week until your weight loss goals are met, at which point, you will move to monthly visits. Each visit will be filed and billed to your insurance.

hCG Diet

The hCG diet is a unique method of fast weight loss, using daily injections of human Chorionic Gonadotrophin ( a natural hormone produced in pregnant women) combined with a low calorie diet of 500 very restricted calories a day.
