RWC offers many options to help you achieve your ideal weight and reach your overall wellness goals.

We can help you address these concerns and any others you may have when it comes to your health and wellness. By acknowledging your individual goals and challenges, our providers can help you develop an eating and exercise plan that fits your life. Making the decision to make your health a priority is hard work and takes time. RWC promises to be with you on the journey. Depending on your individual needs, together we will develop a diet plan that is high in protein and other vital nutrients with lots of variety. Your eating plan will be designed to decrease cravings and increase energy. You will have the opportunity to become more comfortable with preparing healthy foods, and develop weekly meal plans. You will be provided all the resources you need to make the diet changes necessary to meet your goals and maintain your new healthy weight.

In conjunction with an eating plan, an exercise plan will be developed with your specific needs, likes/dislikes, and time constraints in mind. We will constantly be assessing the success of your exercise plan and making sure there is plenty of variety.

Our wellness plans are individualized and may include appetite suppressants and other supplements, as needed.

An important component of your wellness program is frequent check-ins with one of our providers. Regular visits are necessary to give you the accountability and encouragement necessary for success. Depending on your specific needs, you may be seen weekly or every other week until your weight loss goals are met, at which point, you may move to monthly visits. Each visit will be filed and billed to your insurance.
